We work with artisans from the Rabari community of Gujarat, where embroidery has long been part of everyday life and dress. Using running, satin, and chain stitches, they build bold motifs in vivid colours, often setting mirrors or shells into the cloth. Each piece is intricate in detail yet confident in character, carrying forward the identity of a tradition that has lived through generations. For us, it is both embellishment and narrative — a surface alive with the history and imagination of the Rabari people.
