At KARDO, each garment is crafted individually using handloom textiles and traditional techniques. Owing to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in colour, weave, texture, or finish are inherent characteristics of the product and shall not be construed as manufacturing defects.
We encourage customers to make a considered purchase and to contact us prior to placing an order for any clarification regarding sizing, fit, fabric, or care.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges shall be accepted only in the event that the product received is affected by a manufacturing defect, an incorrect product, an incorrect size, or the product has been damaged during transit.
Any such issue must be reported to info@kardo.co within seven days from the date of delivery, along with the order number in the subject line. Requests raised after this period shall not be eligible for review.
Upon verification of the claim, we will offer a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund, as deemed appropriate, depending on the nature of the issue.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following categories of products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange: Sale or discounted items, CRAFT collection pieces, Coats including SONNY and SARTHAK, garments made in MERINO WOOL, and customised or made-to-order products.
Return Conditions
All approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Products that do not meet these conditions or fail quality inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer and sent to our address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products reach us safely. See return shipping instructions / advice.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by KARDO and successfully passes our quality inspection. Approved refunds shall be processed to the original method of payment within seven to ten business days of approval for refund.
Order Revisions & Cancellations
Orders may be revised or cancelled only within twenty-four hours of placement by contacting info@kardo.co with the order number clearly mentioned. Requests received after this window cannot be accommodated.

- Customised or Made-to-Order pieces
All approved returns must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as the safe receipt of the return is the customer’s responsibility. See our separate return shipping advice.

- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
