We print these fabrics with hand-carved wooden blocks, each block carrying a fragment of the larger pattern. Every colour is pressed in a separate pass, aligned by eye and hand with practiced precision. We work with master printers in Rajasthan, and often turn to natural dyes for their depth and warmth. As the cloth is printed, the colours settle into the fibres themselves, so the pattern becomes part of the fabric’s character, resting as naturally as the weave around it.

- NOTE: Indigo dyeing may leave soft irregularities and a hue that fades gently over time. These reflect slow, mindful craftsmanship, not flaws. Dry crocking — the transfer of colour onto other surfaces when the fabric is dry — may also occur. Please avoid light-coloured clothing until the excess colour has released.
